The problem

Delivery bags insulate. They don't control temperature.

The standard delivery bag is cheap and simple, and it can only slow the loss of heat or cold. Every minute in transit costs food quality, and platforms, restaurants and riders all pay for it.

01

Food degrades in transit

Passive insulated bags can only slow heat loss. Fries go soggy, meals arrive lukewarm, frozen items soften.

02

Wait times make it worse

Riders queue at restaurants and sit in traffic while temperature drifts, with no way to correct it.

03

Fewer orders per trip

Riders cap multi-order runs to protect food quality, which limits earnings and fleet efficiency.

04

Platforms absorb the cost

Cold-food complaints drive refunds, lower satisfaction scores and weaker brand loyalty.

The product line

Four products. Freezer to oven.

Every unit on this page is a real, physical product, photographed as built and not rendered. Together they cover hot and cold delivery from the rider's back to the delivery van.

01Rider backpack

Smart Heated Delivery Backpack

Restaurant-hot food, from kitchen to doorstep.

A cube-format rider backpack with active heating built into the walls. Flexible heating panels line a foil-insulated compartment, so meals hold their temperature through traffic, wait times and multi-order routes.

  • Removable heating panels

Flexible heater pads fix into the walls with hook-and-loop straps. Pull them out for cleaning, servicing or swapping.

  • Full foil-lined insulation

Reflective thermal lining on every wall and the lid keeps the heat where the food is.

  • Built for riders

Padded adjustable shoulder straps, chest strap, ventilated mesh back panel and top carry handles.

  • Weather-ready and visible

Water-resistant tarpaulin shell, reflective strips and a reinforced base with protective feet.

  • Plug-in heating pad

A flat heating element sits inside the bag and runs from any 12V car or e-bike socket.

  • Convertible straps

Wear it as a backpack or carry it over the shoulder, with clip-on adjustable webbing.

  • Foil-lined interior

An insulated, wipe-clean compartment with a zip-around lid to seal in heat.

03Compressor cold box

Portable Fridge-Freezer

Real cold chain on the move. Down to −20°C.

A compressor-driven portable fridge-freezer that reaches −20°C. It runs from a vehicle socket, mains power or a swappable battery pack, so chilled and frozen goods stay in spec from pickup to handoff.

  • Freezer-grade cooling

Compressor refrigeration holds frozen goods at −20°C, well beyond what passive cool bags can do.

  • Three ways to power

12V vehicle cable, AC mains adapter, or a swappable battery pack for fully off-grid runs.

  • Battery dock with USB out

A snap-in battery bay with a power button, charge indicator and USB-A / USB-C outputs.

  • Digital control

Backlit temperature display with keypad lock, a removable interior basket and a padded carry strap.

04Vehicle-mounted oven

Mobile DC Oven

Cook and re-heat en route. Food arrives fresh, not just warm.

A compact stainless-steel oven that runs directly from a vehicle or EV battery through a high-current DC connector. It turns a delivery van, food truck or e-cargo platform into a mobile kitchen that finishes orders on the way.

  • Runs on DC power

A high-current DC connector with a heat-resistant sleeved cable plugs straight into vehicle or EV battery systems.

  • Commercial build

    Brushed stainless-steel body with a tempered-glass viewing door and a positive-lock latch.

  • Two-tier capacity

Two removable wire racks for cooking or holding several orders at once.

  • Simple controls

Three dial controls and an illuminated power switch that are easy to use on the move.

The thermal range

One portfolio covers the whole temperature spectrum.

Most delivery equipment makers do either hot or cold. We do both, so one supplier can equip a fleet for every kind of order, from ice cream to pizza.

The opportunity

A fast-growing market still using passive bags.

Delivery volumes across Asia-Pacific keep climbing, but most platforms struggle to be profitable because of high operating costs and little innovation in their equipment. Better food on arrival is a way for them to stand out.

Projected annual growth (CAGR) over five years

Double-digit

Growth in Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand & the Philippines

Why the timing is right

  • Instant 10–30 minute delivery models need tighter temperature control.
  • Restaurants are increasingly delivering direct to consumers.
  • Consumers are more demanding about the quality of food on arrival.
  • Delivery fleets are moving to electric vehicles and e-bikes, and our products run on DC power.

Business model

Built to sell to fleets, not just single riders.

We sell to the organisations that equip riders and vehicles, with pricing that lets them roll out at scale.

01

Direct sales & platform partnerships

Supply fleets directly to delivery platforms, restaurant groups and caterers.

02

Licensing

License the thermal systems to food delivery services under their own branding.

03

Flexible pricing

One-time purchase, leasing, or subscription, so fleets can scale without large upfront cost.

Target customers

  • Food delivery platforms
  • Restaurants & cloud kitchens
  • Food caterers
  • Grocery & e-commerce delivery
